Grand Forks Area Youth For Christ offers competitive benefit and compensation packages to retain quality staff for our programs. Below is a listing of the benefits, in general, offered by YFC. Specific benefits available may vary according to eligibility and will be discussed prior to actual employment.
BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD FAMILY COVERAGE
Grand Forks YFC offers an opportunity for full-time employees to receive full health benefits.
MEDICAL TIME OFF
Eligible employees will receive normal pay, up to an annual award limit, for time absent from work due to medical necessity.
PAID TIME OFF
Eligible employees will receive normal pay, up to an award limit, for time absent from work for vacation and personal use.
HOLIDAYS
YFC recognizes 9.5 holidays within the calendar year.
OPTIONAL BENEFIT PLANS
Grand Forks Area YFC has agreed to administer payroll deductions to allow employees to enroll in a number of other insurance plans. Examples of these optional plans include dental insurance, life insurance, accident indemnity, and others.
